Fishing and guided fishing tours

Fishing enthusiasts will get their money’s worth with access to some of the best fishing waters in Europe. Explore the varied waters yourself or let one of our fishing guides take you to the most promising spots. We know the remote mountain lakes where thousands of trout and char can be found and will guide you to the hiding places of pike and perch.

The unspoilt river Vindelälven offers a variety of fish species. Salmon, perch, trout, pike, grayling and whitefish can be found throughout the river, depending on the season.

Rent a boat

Have you always wanted to explore the beautiful nature of Lapland by water, or do you, as a passionate angler, need a boat to get to the most remote places in the Vindelälven or other rivers and lakes? At Blattnicksele Camping you can hire various boats by the hour, day or week: whether motorised motorboats, inflatable boats, fishing canoes or bellyboats, there is a wide choice so that after an introduction you can explore the waters of Lapland with your chosen vessel without any worries.

Activities for children

Your children can show off their athletic talent on our climbing wall, swim a lap in the pool or have a great time on the trampoline and playground. Entertainment and activities for young and old are guaranteed.

In this fantastic landscape, children develop an impressive talent for using nature’s resources to have a great time for hours on end and with maximum creativity, far away from indoor playgrounds, tablets and the like.

Swimming on the beach

Enjoy the sun or swim a lap at our bathing beach at the tip of our peninsula. Thanks to the shallow shore, the beach is also very suitable for small children. The sandy beach invites you to relax and sunbathe, while children can let their imaginations run wild building sandcastles.

Tennis

How about a game of tennis on our own tennis court?

At Blattnicksele Camping you can pursue your passion for tennis or simply brush up on old skills or try something new.

You can hire tennis rackets and balls from us. 

The fenced-in tennis court is somewhat secluded from the campsite, so you can enjoy this sporting activity in peace and quiet.

Sauna

After an exciting day, you can relax in our wood-fired sauna. With a magnificent view of the Vindelälven river, you can round off the day here, secluded and without any disturbance or distraction, and perhaps take a refreshing (ice) dip in the Vindelälven. Before returning to the cosy warmth of the sauna. Pure relaxation in both summer and winter.

Hiking and jogging – picking mushrooms and berries

If you prefer things a little quieter, you can explore the beautiful hiking trails and jogging paths in the surrounding area, which are ideal for picking berries and mushrooms. Porcini mushrooms, birch red caps, blueberries and cranberries are plentiful.

There are endless opportunities to explore the area via hiking trails. You can set off directly from Blattnicksele and explore the area, or take the first stretch by car to a wonderful mountain lake? Or enjoy nature on foot along the Vindelälven? Nature is waiting for you, just start walking!

Mountain biking

Numerous mountain bike routes and single trails of varying difficulty start in the forests of Blattnicksele.

Are you a beginner, a leisure rider or an ambitious mountain biker? You will find exactly what you like and suits your fitness level on the up to 25 km long circular routes.
