Blattnicksele campsite in Sorsele Kommune, Västerbotten, is a charming oasis for nature lovers, families and fishing enthusiasts.
The small, traditional Swedish campsite enjoys a marvellous location on a sandy peninsula surrounded by the river Vindelälven.
Enjoy the tranquillity and unique nature of Lapland in one of our cosy accommodations. Take part in the many activities offered by the campsite and the surrounding area and treat yourself to specialities in our Vindelälven Diner restaurant.

Camping
For those who prefer a traditional camping experience, there are 30 electrified pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, all with direct access to the main facilities. A kitchen, dining room and service building with showers, toilets, washing machine and tumble dryer make for a pleasant stay.
Accommodation
The choice of accommodation at Blattnicksele Camping ranges from charming, functionally furnished cabins and comfortable, fully equipped holiday homes to glamping tents, which are ideal for families or groups and guarantee a camping adventure of a special kind.
Activities
At the campsite and in the surrounding area of Blattnicksele, you can enjoy numerous activities suitable for all ages in both summer and winter. Fishing, hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, guided snowmobile and sled dog tours, swimming, saunas, mountain biking, tennis. These are just some of the many activities you can enjoy at Blattnicksele Camping and its natural surroundings.
Blattnicksele Camping is also an excellent starting point for experiencing the magical Northern Lights or the midnight sun, depending on the time of year.
Fishing
The river Vindelälven offers a variety of fish species such as salmon, perch, grayling, trout, pike and whitefish.
Take part in our guided fishing tours and we will show you the most productive spots. Hire one of our motorised canoes or bellyboats and reach the most remote spots of the many waters in Västerbotten.
Restaurant
We look forward to surprising you with specialities from many different countries and regions.
You can expect a rich and varied selection of dishes, of the highest quality and prepared with love.
Let us spoil you and enjoy the cosy atmosphere in our restaurant or on our sun terrace with a view of the beautiful river Vindelälven.

An absolute insider tip for nature lovers! The campsite in Blattnicksele captivated us from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – surrounded by untouched nature, with a beautiful beach right on the river. Perfect for relaxing, swimming, or fishing.
The German owners are incredibly warm and create a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome. We would particularly like to highlight the small, cozy restaurant – the food was delicious and prepared with lots of love.
The restrooms are always well-maintained and spotlessly clean – that's something you really can't take for granted.
We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be back. If you're looking for peace, nature, and genuine hospitality, this is the place for you.

For anglers, the boat tour with the owner is highly recommended. The waters are home to plenty of pike, perch, grayling, and trout.
We arrived when the staff had gone home, but the staff was easy to contact by phone🌟
The next day we applied for our place and got an answer right away.
Very nice place!
The owner was very kind and helpful; beyond the closing time of the reception he welcomed us and was very willing to look for soap to do the laundry because we didn't have any. Very fair price for one night (23€ without electricity), access to bathrooms and hot shower included. Washing machine and dryer have a separate cost but this too is very fair (5€ both).
Drinking water is available, a latrine for discharging waste water and a pier on the water open to all.
Everything is built very well!!

The location was simply fantastic, right on the large river Vindelälven, ideal for fishing but also swimming on the sandy beach.
The restaurant serves really good food every evening as a buffet at a very fair price.
The German couple who run the place are very friendly and helpful, you feel like you're in family hands.
We can recommend this facility without reservation and will come back soon.
